NOTE FROM OWNER:

Due to fraud filtering done by our payment system this transction was declined. USA based banks will return the funds instantly when a decline happens. Some international banks hold the funds for a "holding period", and I am unsure why. We declined the payment, never touched the funds and this person did get the funds back once the bank was done with their holding period. The below image shows our internal information for these payments.

Occasionally the site will be down. This is a rare occasion. This person unfortuanetly ordered during a time when the site was down.     I connected with them once the site was back up and ensured they got a refund for the order and their next order was a success.
